Orders are created using the price, quantity and delivery details shown at checkout. Inventory remains reserved for the displayed reservation period.
Payment and delivery
Payment status changes only after verification. Ticket assignment and mailbox delivery progress appear in the customer account.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order and attendee information and follow the venue and event rules that apply to their tickets.
